Data deletion

Minutes of Meeting Elite stores meeting content locally by default and does not provide a proprietary cloud account.

Delete one local meeting

1. Open the meeting in the app.
2. Choose the delete action.
3. Confirm Delete meeting.

This removes the local meeting record and its local recording. It does not remove copies you previously exported, shared, or saved to another service.

Delete downloaded speech models

Open Settings, go to the transcription model library, and remove any model that is not currently in use.

Delete all app-private local data

The current app does not expose one in-app “delete all” control. Delete meetings individually, then uninstall the app to remove its app-private local storage, subject to the device platform’s backup and restore behavior.

Delete Google Drive copies

Disconnecting Google or deleting a local meeting does not delete existing Drive files. Open Google Drive, find the Minutes of Meeting Elite folder, and delete the files there separately.

Shared and exported copies

Delete each copy from the destination where you sent or saved it. The app cannot retract files from email, messaging, file storage, another person’s device, or another service.
