Privacy policy
Minutes of Meeting Elite is published by Fadi Hanna. Questions may be sent to support@proappcenter.com.
Local meeting data
The app is local-first. Recordings, transcripts, generated minutes, templates, and settings are stored on your device by default. Meeting audio, transcripts, and minutes are not sent to OpenAI.
Transcription is performed on the device using a downloaded Whisper speech-recognition model through the sherpa-onnx runtime. Minutes are generated locally from the transcript. Automated output can contain errors and should be reviewed before it is relied on or shared.
Model downloads
An internet connection is required to download a selected transcription model. Model files are downloaded directly from a k2-fsa GitHub release. GitHub may receive ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and request headers, under its own privacy terms. The model download does not include or transmit meeting audio, transcripts, or minutes.
After a model has been installed, recording, transcription, and local minutes generation can operate without an internet connection.
Sharing and Google Drive
Nothing is uploaded to Google Drive automatically unless you connect a Google account and enable the applicable option. You choose whether to save audio, transcripts, minutes, or an export package. Manually exporting or sharing content sends it to the destination you select.
Disconnecting Google Drive or deleting a local meeting does not automatically delete an existing copy in your Drive account.
Diagnostics
Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring are optional, default-off diagnostics. If enabled with your consent, they must not be used to send meeting audio, transcripts, generated minutes, or participant names. Store and Firebase disclosures must reflect the exact production build.
Purchases
Apple, Google, or Huawei may process purchase and entitlement information under their own terms. The app’s local seven-day evaluation does not request payment details and does not bill automatically.
Retention and deletion
Local meeting content remains until you delete it or remove the app, subject to device backup behavior. Temporary plaintext files used for playback, transcription, sharing, or export are intended to be removed after use. Copies you export, share, or save to another service must be deleted from that destination separately.
Recording responsibility
You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required by applicable law, workplace rules, or agreements before recording.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating this policy and its effective date. Final user-rights procedures may vary according to the countries where the app is offered.
